Promote the Abilities of Young Writers with Disabilities

The project duration is seven months taking place in Palestine and Tunisia and targeting 30 young writers with disabilities who have interest in written artistic expressions (poetry, short story, verse, prose, and free-style writing).

With General Union for Palestinian Writers as the project partner in Palestine and Fanni Raghman Anni Association in Tunisia, this project aims to promote the role of cultural and artistic works of people with disabilities by supporting their rights precisely that it will improve their artistic and creative knowledge and skills; contribute to link artistic work with community issues especially the matters of people with disabilities on national and regional levels; provide the opportunity for young writers to learn about the experiences of artists in South of the Mediterranean; create a new digital space for publishing the writings of young writers with disabilities in Palestine and Tunis and to enrich the online content by creative artistic and community-related pieces about crucial issues of persons with disabilities.
