This report looks at the various ways in which cultural networks operate based on responses from more than 50 networks and cultural organisations from Africa, America, Asia, Europe and the Pacific. The main topics are resources, membership, financing and activities, challenges and potential solutions, and approaches to the aims of culture networks, in addition to introductory chapters by experts Aleksandra Uzelac and Anna Steinkamp to provide a theoretical context to the response analysis. Among other conclusions, the report underscores the positive future outlook, despite financial uncertainty in this type of network.
