Our Team
The EU-funded Med Culture programme is being implemented by a Technical Assistance Unit (TAU) that consists of a consortium of qualified entities and a team of experts, selected following an open call for tender.
The Med Culture TAU operates in coordination with the European Union designated Programme Manager at Headquarters, as well as with Delegations in the respective countries.
The TAU operates in the participating countries as a facilitator/mediator, with the aim to accompany the development process of the culture sector in the ENP South partner countries through a set of capacity development activities and coordination with cultural practitioners and representatives of Ministries of Culture and other line ministries based on a consultative participative approach.
The international Consortium, led by HYDEA (Italy), includes TRANSTEC (Belgium), INA-Institut National de l’Audiovisuel (France) and The Royal Film Commission (Jordan). It represents a group of entities familiar with the ever-changing regional context and expresses a well-balanced mix of competencies and expertise, encompassing the wide spectrum of policy, thematic and operational issues that the technical assistance is expected to address.
The Team of Experts includes members whose training and skills, general and specific experience, qualify them to implement the many activities of the programme and ensure the realisation of its objectives.
